Rewards package

Salary

We offer a competitive salary and these are reviewed annually in line with market rates. Our current salaries are:

• First-year trainees: £35,000
• Second-year trainees: £38,000
• On qualification: £64,000

Sponsorship

Once you have accepted a training contract with us, we provide sponsorship for both the GDL and the LPC (provided you are not eligible for funding from your LEA). In addition, you will receive an annual maintenance grant of £7,000 if you are studying in London or Guildford, or £6,000 if you study elsewhere.
